Henrique is a tax lawyer focused on advising international individuals, families and private clients on Portuguese and international tax matters. His practice covers tax planning, cross-border structuring and wealth-related matters, assisting clients in navigating the legal and fiscal implications of living, investing and organizing their affairs in Portugal.

He regularly supports Portuguese and international clients on personal tax matters, asset holding structures and compliance obligations, helping them make informed decisions with clarity, efficiency and a long-term perspective. His work combines technical tax expertise with a practical and client-focused approach, ensuring that complex matters are addressed in a clear and commercially sensible manner.

Before joining BRF Legal, Henrique developed his practice in Portuguese law firms, advising private clients on domestic and international tax matters. He is also a researcher at the NOVA Tax Research Lab. Henrique holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Management from NOVA School of Law and NOVA SBE, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law from the University of Lisbon, combining academic depth with practical experience in complex tax and cross-border matters.
