Victoria is Client Manager at BRF Legal, where she is responsible for client relationship management, communication and the coordination of client matters. Acting as a key point of contact throughout each engagement, she works closely with clients and the firm’s legal team to ensure that information, documentation and next steps are managed with clarity, organization and consistency.

With a background in law, international mobility and customer service, Victoria brings a practical understanding of the expectations and challenges faced by individuals and families navigating legal and administrative processes in Portugal. Before joining BRF Legal, she worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Atlantic Bridge Consulting & Investment and gained experience in legal and public-sector environments in Brazil.

Victoria holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco and pursued an LL.M. in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She also holds professional qualifications in digital marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and ESPM. Combining legal training, client relationship expertise and a service-oriented approach, Victoria helps deliver a responsive, structured and highly personalized client experience at BRF Legal.
