Miguel Bento Ribeiro
Miguel is a tax and business lawyer with extensive experience advising companies, investors and high-net-worth individuals on structuring, international expansion and tax strategy.
His background includes roles at the Court of Justice of the EU, Eversheds Sutherland, PwC, Mazars and TELLES. Known for combining technical depth with pragmatic business understanding, Miguel has led complex restructuring and cross-border advisory projects, and serves on the board of several Portuguese companies.
Roberta Fraser
Roberta is a lawyer with over a decade of experience in global mobility, residency and investment migration across Europe. Certified by the Investment Migration Council (IMC), she has led thousands of residence and citizenship processes for HNW families and international investors.
Before founding BRF Legal, she served as Director of Operations at Atlantic Bridge Consulting, coordinating cross-border projects between Portugal, Spain and Italy. Roberta combines technical precision, strategic insight and a client-focused approach to guide individuals and families through complex global transitions.

Monyca Motta
Monyca Motta specialises in Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property, and Copyright, with a Master’s degree (LLM) from the University of Westminster (UK) and extensive international experience, advising the music, audiovisual, publishing, museums, visual arts, and digital platform sectors.
Henrique Guia Ribola
Attorney admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association, holding a Master’s degree (MSc) in Law and Management from Nova School of Law & Nova SBE and a Postgraduate degree from IDEFF – University of Lisbon School of Law. An LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) graduate from the University of Coimbra, he is currently a Researcher at the Nova Tax Lab (Nova School of Law).
Victoria Vieira
Responsible for client relationship management, strategy coordination and oversight of client matters. Holds a Law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Mauricio Castro
Executive with over 30 years of experience at the intersection of strategic communication, markets, governments, and major brands. Brings institutions and stakeholders together, structures partnerships and business models, and ensures project implementation.
Involved in numerous Europe–Latin America projects, he has recognized experience in supporting clients in internationalization and cross-border processes.
Beatriz Ribeiro
Financial manager with experience in defining planning, budgeting, and forecasting models, providing analytical support for decision-making and sustaining scalable growth.
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (FEUP), has worked as a Financial Controller and Finance Manager, with experience in Operational Planning.
